Section 1 - What Do We Do With Your Information?

When you purchase something from our store, or sign up for our email list, we collect personal information you give us, such as your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive certain information about your device, including your computer's internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, and how you interact with our site. We also use cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7) to help us understand how visitors use our site and to support our marketing.

How do you get my consent?

Section 3 - Disclosure

We may disclose your personal information if required by law, to comply with a legal process, or if you violate our Terms of Service. We may also disclose information to the third-party service providers described in Section 5 to help us operate our store and marketing.

Section 4 - Shopify

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application, on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data, encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, after which it is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to PCI-DSS standards set by the PCI Security Standards Council (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Section 5 - Third-Party Services and Advertising

We work with the following third-party service providers, who may collect or receive information about you when you visit or interact with our site:

• Shopify - our e-commerce platform and order/payment processing (see Section 4).

• Google Analytics (GA4) - helps us understand site traffic and how visitors use our site. We do not send personally identifiable information (such as your name or email address) to Google Analytics.

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - we use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. This may involve sharing information such as your IP address, device identifiers, and information about pages you view or actions you take on our site (such as adding an item to your cart or signing up for our list). • Klaviyo - our email marketing platform. If you sign up for our email list or make a purchase, your email address and related activity (such as purchases or email engagement) may be shared with Klaviyo to send you marketing communications and personalize your experience. These providers only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us. Certain providers, such as payment processors, have their own privacy policies governing the information we are required to provide them; we recommend reviewing those policies directly.

Some of these providers may be located in, or have facilities in, a jurisdiction different from yours. If you are located outside the United States and complete a transaction or interact with our advertising, your information may become subject to U.S. law.

Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party website, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy.

Section 6 - Security

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Credit card information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-standard safeguards.

• Correct inaccurate personal information.

• Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information, including for targeted/cross-context behavioral advertising (this may include our use of tools like the Meta Pixel).

Global Privacy Control (GPC): We honor Global Privacy Control signals as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for browsers or extensions that send them, consistent with applicable state law.

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and our email and marketing lists are not directed to children.

If we make material changes, we will notify you here so you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.
